Based in the Midlands, Louisa had an early love for the creativity and vibrancy of makeup and fashion. She trained at the Academy of Freelance make-up in London. Which is one of the world’s top fashion, editorial, catwalk and bridal makeup academies. In addition she worked for seven years at Space NK, learning about the most innovative and cutting edge beauty products and make up brands. This knowledge enabled her to recreate some of the latest looks inspired by leading fashion and makeup houses.
As a professional makeup artist Louisa has a wide variety of clients, giving bespoke make up tutorials for private clients and small groups. She also works on shoots for editorials and lookbooks and has extensive experience of Wedding makeup, offering a friendly and personalised service, bespoke to each individual bridal party. Listening to and understanding the requirements of each client to ensure they receive the look that they desire.
Louisa’s ambition is simply to make every person look and feel beautiful in their own skin, whether for a Wedding or big event, empowering clients with a confidence to go on and create their own daily make-up looks, and explore the full transformative potential and joy of using makeup, to fully enhance each clients radiance.
